A one day workshop where we will explore what the future is asking of our leadership now. 

We will use practices from Systemic Constellations to bring fresh perspectives on:

• What is my highest potential?
• What is the future asking of me?

About Systemic Constellations

A core practice in Systemic Constellations is the creation of "living maps" where workshop participants stand in as "representatives" to represent different parts of the system we are looking at. This is a remarkably powerful diagnostic tool that helps us see in a different light the personal, organisational and wider systems we are a part of. The process has an incredible power and can lead to significant “aha moments”. We see the system with new eyes. When we might have felt stuck before, we are now able to see promising new pathways ahead.

Who is the workshop for?

Your work focuses on addressing important societal challenge – this could be social, environmental, political or economic, or most likely a combination of these. You may be working with government, the private sector or civil society. You could be a leader at the top of your organisation, a change agent within it, or an external consultant.

You are no doubt concerned about the state of the world. You may be frustrated that we are not moving fast enough to address critical societal challenges. You are open to trying innovative approaches that might bring new perspectives and insights.

The workshop is open to those with experience of Constellations and those who are new to it. The key requirement for participation is that you are open to exploring issues in new and innovative ways. Systemic Constellations are very embodied and intuitive, so the most important thing is to be open and willing to trust the process.

Location

The location is in a private yoga studio in a beautiful location next to the sea in the Stockholm Archipelago. It is 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. Lift sharing can be arranged.
